Ready to set off on our magical personal transporters, we'll meet at 6:00 PM at Segway Experience of Chicago, conveniently located on Michigan Avenue in the South Loop. Segway Experience of Chicago has some of the highest ratings on Yelp, and is the ONLY Segway authorized dealership in Chicago (meaning even the cops ride these bad boys). After a quick safety instruction, we'll embark on our two-hour private segway tour, gliding along the lakefront with experienced guides and learning about some of Chicago's best sights- including the garden rooms at Grant Park, the Museum Campus, Soldier Field, Buckingham Fountain, Cloud Gate, and more! Although you won't be doing much physical work, the view of the majestic skyline and harbor full of boats will surely take your breath away. Enjoy a grab-and-go snack from IZZE sparkling juice and LUNA Protein bars as you race past pedestrians (i.e. not-as-cool people). When the sun begins to set just as we've checked every major site off our list, we'll park back at home base and walk a few blocks to nearby Plymouth Bar & Grill to take advantage of its year-round rooftop and amazing food & drink specials. With reserved space, an appetizer buffet, and your choice of cocktail (beer or well liquor), you can unwind in style watching over the passing el and sky-high buildings. Ready....set....SEGWAY! Click here for Segway Experience of Chicago FAQ's Weather policy: This event will take place rain or shine (ponchos will be provided in the case of rain), except in the case of extreme severe weather, determined by a Segway Experience of Chicago staff member. Should severe weather occur, a cancellation determination will be made by an hour prior to the scheduled start time of the event and guests will be notified via email. In the case of a cancellation, your ticket will be automatically be moved to the rain date, or a full refund can be provided within 24 hours. Terms and Important Information
Tickets valid for your chosen date only. Tickets are non-refundable but ARE transferable to another person. Please email info@cityswarmchicago.com to transfer ticket to another guest. Tickets NOT transferable to another date. Must be 21 or older to attend event, valid photo I.D. required. Alcohol consumption prior to the event is strictly prohibited and the staff reserves the right to ask you to leave in the case you have consumed alcohol. If you are asked to leave you will not receive a refund. Participants weighing more than 260 lbs, or pregnant women, will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
